The concept

Serbotel Atlantique, the inter-regional catering and hotel trade show, has become a must for the professionals in the sector. This leading event, held in Western France every two years, features European and national competitions and a 30,000 m2 floorplan with more than 400 exhibitors.

The success of Serbotel Atlantique is largely due to the active role of the various local authorities and the professional branches. Serbotel is indeed their trade show. The 20 trade organisations involved also show how highly representative the event is.

Occupying the whole premises of the Nantes Exhibition Centre, Serbotel Atlantique takes visitors on a tour of each themed hall. This will ensure a unique visitor experience with 6 specialized trade shows :

  • the Wine, Bars, Brasseries/Restaurants, Equipment & Furnishings trade fair
  • the Artisan Bakery, Pastry making, Ice cream and Chocolate exhibition
  • he Agri-Food and Speciality Food trade show
  • the Food Equipment exhibition for Kitchens, Restaurants, Fishmongers, Butcheries, Delicatessen and Catering authorities
  • the Hotel, Furnishing and Tableware exhibition
  • "Créa-Déco", a pavilion dedicated entirely to craftsmen and interior designers

  • the 12th European Artisan Bakery Cup known as “Pellons d’Or” (9 European teams) organised by the Bakery Federation of Loire Atlantique
  • the 3rd European Culinary Trophy, “Serbotel Lauriers d’Or” (8 European teams) Honorary President: Joël Robuchon

National competitions

  • National Trophy for self-managed collective catering
  • National Butchery Trophy "Bergers de France"
