Serbotel Atlantique, the inter-regional professional catering and hotel trade show is given a European dimension.

As the economic and gastronomic reference in France, Serbotel Atlantique features 6 specialized trade shows at the same site and displays a vast array of food products and equipment in the following fields: catering, hotel, bakery, pastry making, bars and breweries, wines and agri-food products.

Featuring numerous European and national competitions, Serbotel Atlantique hits the headlines with the European Artisan Bakery Cup and the “Lauriers d’or” trophy, a European culinary competition with well-known chef Joël Robuchon as Honorary President.

With a 35,000 m2 floorplan, 450 exhibitors and 35,000 visitors, Serbotel Atlantique, held every two years, brings together hotel and catering professionals to “la Beaujoire” Nantes Exhibition Centre..
